We have had several days off school this semester due to snow; so, we are a little behind in the curriculum. This week we are planning on using the NEED kits and the students will master one energy transformation and then teach their peers about that particular transformation. Next week, I am hoping that Mrs. Wendy Burt will be our guest speaker. Mrs. Burt worked in Washington, D.C. for the Department of Energy and now resides in Columbia. How lucky are we to have her here!!! She has been a wonderful resource so far, and continues to be a great supporter of the efforts of the Energy Academy!
